I don’t have a Paypal Account, how can I pay for my Pro Membership?
A Paypal account is not required for payment. You can use a credit card without having a Paypal account. Select the “Use Credit Card” option below the login during check-out.
Can I get a refund?
Unfortunately, no. We do not offer prorated or any other refunds currently. You are free to cancel your subscription at any time, but we do not refund for unused time.
Am I locked into an extended contract, or can I cancel my subscription?
No, you are not locked into an extended contract, and yes, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time. We would rather help you succeed as a trader, but you are free to cancel your subscription at any time. You are NOT locked into a long-term contract. You can do so by accessing your billing & Payment history page (here).
Are there extra fees or charges for your Pro Membership?
Nope. We include everything for one low price (currently $29 per month).
What is Trader’s Desktop software?
Our Trader’s Desktop is a UI (User Interface) or dashboard that runs all of our apps. Sort of like how a trading platform runs charts and other apps. All of our Pro trading tools are hosted on the Trader’s Desktop software.
Do I have to install the Trader’s Desktop software?
Nope, it runs inside your web browser. We host, run and process everything on our servers. Just click the link from your Pro Membership page, and the software will load automatically. We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience.
Can the Trader’s Desktop software run on a Mac or Linux machine?
Yes, the software web-based and will run on any major web browser. We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience.
Do I need to purchase a Forex data feed to run the tools?
Nope, we include all of the data feed with your Pro Membership. There are no fees beyond the monthly fee (currently $29 per month and less if you prepay). One fee covers everything you need to use our trading tools.
Trading Systems & Trading Tools
How do I use your trading tools?
We provide detailed training and explain everything in detail after you sign-up. All of our trading tools run via our Trader’s Desktop software, but all of our technology is web-based and hence there is no need to install anything. Our tools are designed in a way which is easy to understand.
Can I install your trading tools on my trading platform?
The short answer is no. Our tools don’t work like other trading tools, so they will not run on standard trading platforms. Most of our tools run as dashboards and display data for multiple currency pairs from the same chart. Put simply: there aren’t any other tools like ours.
Are your trading tools hard to learn and use?
Not really. The learning curve is different for everyone, but our trading tools are designed to be extremely easy to understand and to use. We offer a full user manual, training videos, and weekly live trading examples.
What do I need to run your software and trading tools?
You need an active connection to the internet and a web browser (i.e., Google Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge, etc…). There is nothing to install or run locally on your PC or Mac. Everything runs inside a web browser and requires very little processing of your CPU.
